Limit work formats based on selected Domain (Work Type)

The items shown in the Work Format dropdown, when launching a challenge, are currently the same for all "Work Types", which we are renaming to be "Domain".

We are going to restrict the Work Types to the following items, based on the Domain chosen. The Work Types not in the list for a given Domain should be hidden from the Work Type dropdown on the "Create New Work" screen.

Note that "Match" is a new challenge type and should be now seen in dev:
