Added the pipe option that allows to choose between the named pipes `\pipe\efsr`, `\pipe\samr` and `\pipe\lsarpc` Refactored a bit to removed unused imports, fix some typos in names etc.

rpctransport.set_credentialswas called with arguments in a wrong order (nthashwas atlmhash's place) preventing pass-the-hash from working.
