Passing content-length header to GET from tornado 3.0.1 throws 500 internal server error #854

Making a simple GET request with the Python requests library version 1.1.0 (that includes the default header 'Content-Length':'0') causes the Tornado server 3.0.1 to throw a 500 internal server error.

I can't reproduce this. There should be a traceback in the tornado server's logs; what does it say?
