The idea is to provide an API to handle classical Berkeley Sockets.

This issue is tackled in branch feature-#268. I am working on StaticWebServer example to show how to use these sockets. I am currently with a bug in which memory is corrupted.

To show this feature, I am rewriting the StaticWebServer example by using blocking sockets.

Feature #268
This commit adds feature #268 and fixes the following issues: 
* Issue #283: Do not use CurrentThread if Thread has exited
* Add static webserver example
* Issue #281: Use ShutdownInQemu for profile booting time
* Issue #280: Enable CloudIt to generate a flat image and elf64
* Issie #284: Add parameters to Panic()
* Use PChar instead of AnsiString
* Issue #285: Use pchar in Ext2
* Issue #287: SysSocketSelect() returns False when fails
* Create sockets depending on the server socket
* Issue #288: Add support for long names in fat
