Thanks, this looks good.
I don't understand the difference between n_filt and n.
I think it would help to reference the variables the first time they are described in the text.
It also looks like there are a few typos.

Actually n_filt is incorrect, i mixed up the number of filtered values in for a relay with the number of relays
The number of relays does not change for a relay filtered bandwdith.
