I created Gist with logs files, vimrc and and my PATH.

Problem is because it looks like bundler.vim calling ruby to determine the include PATH.

Is there a way to improve that start up time?

More relevant is #11, though people there were more interested in broken workarounds than actually fixing the issue. See my description of the problem there.

I just pushed up a commit that should reveal the problematic gem if you start with vim -V1.

Closing due to lack of info. There's been lots of improvements in this area so I'd be surprised if it was still an issue.
