Why

As a security engineer, I want to be able to configure Stripe's rule logic in order to allow specific processes to be run by specific users.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Support userID and process [TYPE / NAME] (?) in Stripe rule logic configuration
  • Support "allow / deny" operators in rule logic for specific users / processes
  • Process logic defined should only apply to specified userIDs
