Why

As a engineer, I need all programs built in Xcode to be approved by default so that I can run and test new code as I create it.

Acceptance Criteria

  • All programs created in Xcode by Stripe engineers are approved by default
  • Should be configurable by user role so that only programs written by specific types of users are approved by default
