Renamed CICQ to CenterIM at various locations etc

- Renamed konst.org.ua to thekonst.net
- Fixed some typos: .CenterIM to .centerim
- Changed the configure.ac script to show warnings (-Wall)
- removed the cicqsync script, since we don't use CVS
- mentioned our current developers mailing list (do I break the PO files now?)
