TRANSLATE-3192 - changed behaviour

The system default of multi user mode for tasks changed to "Simultaneous" from "Cooperative". If you want to keep it as it is, you need to set it back to its old value by hand. If it was set to "competitive" by you, the value will stay as it was before.

TRANSLATE-3117 - changed behaviour

IMPORTANT: This enables the translator and the reviewer, to download a translator package or the translated (or un-translated) bilingual file. This was not possible previously. It does not change something regarding confidentiality, because also previously (of course) all segments and TM entries were available to the translator. As they have to be (otherwise he can not translate). Yet it makes it more easy now, to get them on your desktop.

TRANSLATE-3097 - changed user interface

The usability of the editor was enhanced very much for translators and reviewers in the normal and details view mode of the editor. The action icons to handle the currently open segment were moved to the top. Same for the special characters. Users can now select, what icons they want to have in the top toolbar and what in a drop-down list. The repetition editor settings were moved to the left into the "view modes" drop-down, which was renamed to "settings". In the right panel the terminology was moved to its own tab and the segment meta data tab was renamed to "Quality assurance". As a result there is much more space for terminology and QA in the right panel.

In editor-only-mode (leave application button instead back to tasklist) admins are now allowed to switch back to task list. For other users an optional role (editor-only-override) is added. This enables a hybrid setup of editor only mode and default mode with task overview.

On pre-translations with using fuzzy matches, repeated segments may be filled with different tags / amount of tags as there are tags in the source content. Then the repetition algorithm could not process such segments as repetitions and finally the analysis was not counting them as repetitions. Now such segments always count as repetition in the analysis, but it does not get the 102% matchrate (since this may lead the translator to jump over the segment and ignore its content). Therefore such a repeated segment is filled with the fuzzy match content and the fuzzy match-rate. If the translator then edits and fix the fuzzy to be the correct translation , and then uses the repetition editor to fill the repetitions, then it is set to 102% matchrate.

• The Image must be imported in the subfolder /visual/image of the import-zip
• A single WebFont-file (*.woff) can be added alongside the Image and then will be used as Font for the whole text on the Image
• If no font is provided, Arial is the general fallback
• Any text not present in the bilingual file in /workfiles will be removed from the OCR's output. This means, the bilingual file should contain exactly the text, that is expected to be on the image and to be translated
