For abandonded branches, it'd be nice to be able to delete single builds or even all builds for that particular branch.

Yes, or for accidentally printed credentials or something.

Maybe we can just add a 'removed' field in the db, that way we still have info about the build for auditing.

Yes, that sounds good. Wanted to add the same for repositories in general.

what's the work around for the time being for those that want a build deleted?

@lehnerpat

and is there any ETA on this?

@softprops When in doubt, email support@travis-ci.com and we'll remove the build.

@n3v1k Sorry, no ETA.

I'd like to have this ability as well. I removed a cookbook that was no longer needed but I can't delete the travis job - seems a shame to have to bother support for something I could easily do myself.

I'm closing this, since #890 supersedes it. Please don't add 👍 to #890, however.

#890 is a different request, actually.

CLI has the ability to do this right now: https://github.com/travis-ci/travis.rb#logs (web UI will be deployed soon)

While log deletion is live, build deletion is not, nor is it planned. I'm reopening this for now 😃

Closing this issue for good, as this isn't on the roadmap for the near future.
