The php memcached extension is throwing errors #971

This code passed without issue before the recent changes.

Looks like an other incompatibility issue between the libmemcached installed by the memcached cookbook and the libmemcached required to build the memcached php extension.

@loicfrering loicfrering The pecl resource now supports manually building an extension.
Fixes an incompatibility with libmemcached installed by the memcached
cookbook, see travis-ci/travis-ci#971.
