these are recognized by default by NVM

@ljharb it seems with a recent NVM upgrade that nvm use 0.1 (which I know isn't valid) doesn't smartly link to 0.10 anymore.

Is this a regression?

nvm use 0.1 should never have linked to 0.10, unless you made an explicit alias for it - that behavior was a bug (creationix/nvm#466, creationix/nvm#401) This fix will ensure that in the future, short version numbers match as users expect them to.

Running nvm alias 0.1 0.10 will restore this behavior explicitly, for 0.1.
