This is a README added for my upload in 2017.

Preserving this project for posterity's sake.

I got curious if this was still around, I uploaded it to SimTel back in the day. I found a mirror of SimTel (which is no longer around) and was able to download it.

A few notes:

• The email address in the original README.txt is no longer active.
• I didn't know about Makefiles yet, but I'm going to try to get this compiling with DJGPP if I can install that in DOSBOX or something.
• I will not comment on my coding choices of nearly 20 years ago.
