When writing the following:

It's producing an md5 hash instead of an underscore:
We need to escape /posts/:post_id/comments/:map_id otherwise it places emphasis tags around the middle of the URL.

[issue #15] Unescape escaped chars in Table on Contents entries.
The underlying issue was markdown2.py (fixed in markdown2 2.0.1).
Fixed in restdown 1.2.20. Thanks! and sorry for the wait.
Found other issues with headers using Markdown escapes. Take a look at restdown 1.2.21 instead.
