Option to inject iframe lazily #639
Description
It'd be great to have an option to inject the cmdline iframe lazily, that is, load it only after the user has first typed : (or when it has to be displayed for some other reason).
I'd much rather have a minimal delay before typing a command instead of injecting an iframe into every document unconditionally.
(I am aware I can set noiframeon, however this doesn't give me the ability to open it on demand.)
