     * Exception is not caught by rescue statements without explicitly
       checking for it which is a bad idea. Fault, which inherited from it,
       now inherits from StandardError. This is a bad idea because
       Exceptions are supposed to be for errors that are
       unrecoverable. Normal errors should inherit from StandardError.
    
     * Throw a defined error when an http response code signifies an error
       along with the entire response. This is useful for those of us
       having to authenticate using Digest Authentication. Otherwise, it
       would be impossible.
