Standalone doesn't honor exit, quit commands #128

I am trying to use reply to start a clojure standalone repl with some default data that I would like to have it available for the rest of repl session. This works. However, when we start the repl it has this message that we can exit anytime from repl using commands - "Control+D or (exit) or (quit)". Control-D works but others don't. It would be confusing for a naive user who see these in repl start message. Fixing this would be helpful for people who are trying to leverage reply as a standalone client.

Yuck, thanks for the report. The --standalone feature doesn't get used much. It really needs to be more unified with the nREPL implementation.

I concur on that. I should have mentioned that these commands work perfectly when using nRepl.

Add exit/quit to standalone mode
Since standalone uses the reader directly instead of going through a
parser layer, we'll just exit directly.
