When going through the steps on a Mac m2 silicon on step 5 when entering command:
`CIPHERTEXT=$(curl -s https://vm.aleo.org/api/testnet3/transaction/$TI | jq -r '.execution.transitions[0].outputs[0].value')'
I am getting this error back:

I have confirmed that the transaction ID is correct so I am not sure what is happening.
