Fixing every error I find in the replays + adding saveloc and stage/bonus support

As I implemented the replay system, most of it is done. But more will be added on top of what exists.

Added 🎉

• Saveloc support

css_saveloc | css_tele <optional: tele_number> | css_teleprev | css_telenext

• Personal Best replaying

css_pbreplay <optional: maptime_id>

• Stages/Bonuses replays (Replays support them, but the plugin does not save them currently)

Fixed ✔

• Stage counting (last stage was not counted)
• Bot nocliping when no replay found

Removed ❌

• Plugin no longer relies on specific version of CS2Fixes, as it implements the feature needed by itself
