Changelog:

• Cleaned up the PlayerStats classes, should be much more organised.
• The Save and Load methods for checkpoints and maptimes have been moved directly to the PlayerStats class. This should make it much cleaner (and easier) to call and manage.
• Start zone vectors are now pulled from the info_teleport_destination associated with the zone.
• Timer now looks for info_teleport_destinations following the naming scheme for their associated zone.

This is targetting CS2Surf#8
