getpinboard.yaml permissions

Maybe it'd be a good idea to create the configuration file with 600 permissions, since it contains the pinboard.in password.
On the same note it would be nice if getpinboard.yaml was a "dotfile", meaning .getpinboard.yaml instead getpinboard.yaml
Just a thought :)
