In order to help existing BatchJobs users to migrate to batchtools, I think it could help to clarify what it takes to make the move. Preferably in a vignette (which will show up on CRAN). Right now it's not clear if it super easy or takes lots of work. For instance, will most commands be the same, i.e. will things work out of the box? Maybe a table with two columns 'BatchJobs' and 'batchtools' list commands before and after such a migration.
My $.02
