The way we were previously calling the s3_conn_id for the s3_to_sftp task was no longer working. Updating it to AIRFLOW_S3.conn_id allowed the task to successfully complete in Vagrant. The s3_conn_id param is deprecated, so the code was also updated to use the new param: aws_conn_id.
