How to save and restore screen scraping sessions

I've worked my way through "Scraping data with Capybara", which was very useful.

However, I have a question: How do I save a screen saving session and open it later?

BTW, I'm currently closing with Capybara.session.driver.quit despite it not being mentioned in the tutorial as according to the Poltergeist documentation, this is necessary to prevent memory leaks.
