[JackF reported in the forums](https://www.turnkeylinux.org/forum/support/fri-20221209-0108/dehydrated-not-listening-ipv6-address) that our Let's Encrypt integration (i.e. `add-water` via Confconsole) only supports IPv4, not IPv6. This should be fixed!
