Key images are regenerated on transaction creation [WB] #842

Despite generating the key images when we receive a transaction, we also do this when making the transaction, which is unnecessary and slows down the process.

This was fixed in the js backend here: turtlecoin/turtlecoin-wallet-backend-js@74c9736

Quite trivial, just add an optional privateEphemeral property to the stored inputs upon initially generating their key images.

Also need to remember to update the wallet file format documentation to mention the optional field.
