Add new questions/answers and restructure around topics - #16

This re-orders the FAQ around different topics (signing in, timelines, posts, etc), adds new questions, and rewords existing ones for consistency or clarity. New questions are: - What release should I use? - Can I create an account? - How do I see the Federated timeline? - How do I hide boosts? - How do I hide replies? - How do I follow / mute hashtags? - How do I edit a post?

Because it wasn't written from the perspective of the user.
And historically, I've found that the more specific the justifications become, the more abusive users will try and weasel around them.

Didn't feel like something people actually ask, and it's an unwitting invitation to both inadvertently put down other projects, and be factually incorrect if those projects change their feature set.
