<cfg>/channel/config <cfg>/channel/tag Also use hts_settings_load() instead hts_settings_load_r() for the appropriate places..
- remove also obsolete only_tag - accept only uuid for DVR entry config name - try to lock DVR entry when used in dvr_thread
- also improve the ACL edit window
- they are all used dynamically

The old configuration and log entries should be converted automagically...
NOTE: BACKUP YOUR CONFIGURATION DIRECTORY BEFORE USE SO YOU CAN REVERT!!!
EDIT: Sep 4, things are going to be useable. Improved javascript. More testing required.
EDIT: Sep 5, added the automatic config backup after any tvh upgrade (to /backup directory).
