Static Php Outline Toolkit

This is a breakable toy, if you will.. as such, it is a work in progress..

Start from ./bin/scan.php for info...

Basically builds on the token_get_all function to create object (statement, line, token, etc..) from php source.
Originally used to explore large legacy code base, you'll need a front-end for this or run the queries in FileMaker/SQL
to make any kind of sense..
