custom grid compilation bug #1054

Hello. I tried to compile bootstrap with custom grid (26 columns, 40px each, 10px gutter)... and it only generated .span1 up to .span24. It also generated offsets up to .row>.offset12. Inputs, textareas and tables are also generated up to .span16. The only proper value is width of the .container... and of course widths of existing elements (those 24 columns).
I tried to compile on both Ubuntu and Windows using various tools with both 1.3 and 1.4 versions. Effect is the same. I believe that's a bug.

You'll have to add additional columns to the grid system for this to work. We only estimated folks using up to 24 columns and thus only provided code for those.

In 2.0, we will be dropping this feature and only rolling with a 12 column grid. You can still customize, but it will require more work on your part.
