I am writing very simple test code with the latest source of less.js and Twitter bootstrap, but get 'Cannot call method slice of undefined' error from less. Below is the code that I am using:

<!DOCTYPE html>

<html>
    <head>
        <link rel="stylesheet/less" type="text/css" href="bs/lib/bootstrap.less">
        <script src="bs/less.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

        <title></title>

    </head>

    <body>
    </body>
</html>

Links to the files are all correct.

The error is given only if I run the page from my local server (i.e. localhost). If I open the page from the external hosting server, then there are not visible errors but bootstrap.less is still not correctly compiled.

I fixed the issue by downloading less-1.1.6.min.js instead of most up to date version.
