Make use of the css `min()` function #110

Hopefully one day the min() function will be implemented by all major browsers and that could simplify RFS a lot.

For example:

.title {
  @include font-size(4rem);

would generate:

.title {
  font-size: min(4rem, calc(1.525rem + 3.3vw));

I'm not planning to start developing this because currently no browser officially supports it, but this could be pretty cool. If anyone has any news about browsers starting to implement it, feel free to drop it here.

Currently Safari kind of supports min(), but it's still not perfect when resizing without the safari iframe hack (#14):
