Dummy server that simulates google GCM responses, it is designed to make easier integration tests in order to verify if tokens are properly managed
Only json format is supported and there is no ssl support
By default server will output ok responses but a results file can be defined.
Example file:
sometokentoresponseok,OK

sometokeninvalid,INVALID
Server will automatically load any resuts.csv file in the working dir.
