Brief description

A user has reported the config service doesn't work as expected

How to reproduce

In the Twitch Rig, if you select: View in Browser, you can test your extension from outside of the rig, but the configuration service will not work. You should test it from within the developer rig.

Expected behavior

The config service works in "view in browser"
