My build.sbt file is the following :

name := "TestApp"

version := "0.0.1-SNAPSHOT"

scalaVersion := "2.10.3"

libraryDependencies ++= Seq(
  "com.twitter" %% "finatra" % "1.5.2",
  "org.scalaj" %% "scalaj-http" % "0.3.16"
)

resolvers +=
  "Twitter" at "http://maven.twttr.com"

But I don't have problems on my local machine, is this more related to heroku ?

Ok I've just tried again, and now it works ! it seems to be a heroku problem.
