It depends on which version you mean. If you mean version 1, there are 2 demos available which can be found at https://github.com/twostairs/paperwork/tree/1. If you mean version 2, it isn't can't be used for now. It's still under development.

As for v1: There are no more screenshots/demos available (at least from my side, maybe some users do still host them).

For v2, you can find info about the current state and aesthetics in the web repo. Also, if you want to fiddle around yourself, you can launch your own v2 infrastructure now.
