Bug in suicide test: input file = output file #110

At the end of ConfigMaster.sanity() there's a check that's not working:

        # Checking suicide
        if config['sourcefile'] == config['outfile'] and \
           config['outfile'] not in [STDOUT, MODULEOUT] and not gui:
            Error(_("Input and Output files are the same: %s") % config['outfile'])


$ txt2tags -t html -i sample.t2t -o sample.t2t 
txt2tags wrote /a/txt2tags/svn/samples/sample.t2t

This should never happen. I guess it's because paths.

Fixed in r642 (python has a function for absolute paths)
