If you write some html tags in document (for example <strong>), the part of
wiki page after that tag becomes bold, but expected output is escaped html e.g
&lt;strong&gt;...

also, if you make page like

<pre>
|| complex table ||
| right    |   right |
|   left | left    |
|     centered    ||
</pre>

gives us:

{| border="1" cellpadding="4"
|-
! complex table
|-
| left || right
|-
| right || left
|-
| centered
|}

but must give

{| border="1" cellpadding="4"
|-
! colspan=2| complex table
|-
| left ||align=right| right
|-
|align="right"| right || left
|-
|colspan=2 align="center"| centered
|}

Also, mediawiki make numbered TOC by default, so it is better to switch off
--enum-titles, or make warning that it will double numbers if final title.

- Problem with lists
 - Nested list of
  + another type

gives us

* Problem with lists
** Nested list of
### another type

but must give in last line

**# another type

And last. Links to header elements don't work. In wiki they are maked with help
of this syntax: [[#text_of_header|text_of_link]].

I use txt2tags version 2.5 on Ubuntu

r568 fixed the escaping problem.

I guess all the other wiki targets suffer from the same problem. Just opened
issue 94 for that.

About the numbered TOC, maybe it's better to just do nothing about it.

I may want to use numbered titles and no --toc, this is already ok now.

In the case of doubled numbers in TOC, the user already can do a
--no-enum-title if she want. I think it's best to leave the decision to the
user.

Now in r572 we're using the "one cell per line" syntax for tables, which is
cleaner and easier to hack.

Now in r576 the link to internal anchors is working.

The only pending problem is the list nesting. I guess it will be hard.
