* src/vbo.cpp: Fixed bug: with Linux NVIDIA's driver,
glBufferData() do not do a deep copy, so we need to keep the data
in memory until the glVertexPointer() call.

* src/vbo.cpp: Print the size of the position VBOs in KB.

* src/vbo.hpp: Added more data types for normals and colors.

* src/main.cpp: Disabled vertex normals and colors in immediate
mode (-method IM) to make it easier to change GL types.

* src/main.cpp: Fixed bugs: Set default max_fps_rel_diff to 0.1
instead of 0.25. Check for fps1 > fps0. Added glFinish() before
glutSwapBuffers(). Fixed Mac headers.

* src/main.cpp: Added command-line option -texcoords N to allow to
load a given number of 2D GL_FLOAT texture coordinates per vertex.

* src/scene.cpp: Added support for texcoords for the rendering methods
IM, VA, and DL.

* src/Makefile.mac: New file.
