sbteclipse does not properly deal with nested classpath #134

I use sbt-protobuf with sbteclipse. sbt-protobuf generates a managed source directory target/scala-2.10/src_managed/main/compiled_protobuf/, which is nested in default managed classpath target/scala-2.10/src_managed/main/.

These classpaths are valid for sbt. But if I generate eclipse project with EclipseKeys.createSrc := EclipseCreateSrc.All, the eclipse project will be broken. I suggest letting sbt-eclipse detect nested classpaths, and excluding the nested classpath for outer classpath

Ah, so you need a exclusions feature for this first. I'll see if that's simple in the current 2.x version.
