Description
Before You File a Documentation Request Please Confirm You Have Done The Following...
- I have looked for existing open or closed documentation requests that match my proposal.
- I have read the FAQ and my problem is not listed.
Suggested Changes
I want to share our Rules page with a filter set to include both recommended and strict rules. The URL for that would be something like https://typescript-eslint.io/rules/?supported-rules=recommended-strict... but:
- There's no way in the page's UI to create that URL. Clicking one of those two buttons causes the other to become a ❌ filter
- Visiting that URL results in no rules being shown

Suggestion: maybe we should change the UI so that clicking one of the buttons doesn't ❌ out the other?
