Provides the authoritative documentation regarding TyphonJS governance. The guiding document is a modified version / TyphonJS-C4.1 of the ZeroMQ C4.1 Collective Code Construction Contract. This document outlines the main requirements for participation in the TyphonJS community. The issues of this repo will hold any pertinent discussion and as necessary "abuse postmortems" that transparently document any problems and resolutions that occur in the larger community.
As a personal note from the initial administratior / lead Michael Leahy @typhonrt my hope is that everyone involved keeps things on the "up and up" and that there are never any issues posted to this repo.
