Docker image - not working on windows WSL2 - USE GITBASH for now #11

The docker image fails on initdb in windows / wsl2 because it doesn't seem to have write permissions.

To change this probably we need airflow to own $AIRFLOW_HOME

Solved, by fixing permissions on folder.

But now there is a 2nd issue of the FERNET KEY with airflow that only affects WSL2
