Lingua-CU version 0.04 ====================== Lingua::CU is a Perl module for working with Church Slavonic text. It provides the following features: * Resolve Church Slavonic abbreviations and _nomina sacra_ * Convert between Cyrillic numerals and ASCII digits * Convert Church Slavonic text to Russian characters (not yet supported) * Romanize (transliterate to Latin) Church Slavonic text (not yet supported) * Convert between Cyrillic and Glagolitic text (not yet supported) * Convert between Unicode and legacy UCS and HIP encodings * Sort Church Slavonic words using a tailoring of the DUCET * Perform stemming of Church Slavonic words (not yet supported) * Perform hyphenation of Church Slavonic words (work in progress) This program is ALPHA-PHASE software and is thus provided with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY, not even the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a purpose.
