The rbx-2 build failed. It looks like sudo is required to install Rubinius.

I'll make this change once Rubinius can be installed without sudo.

Rubinius can now be installed without requiring sudo.

I've committed changes to enable the container-based infrastructure (7730d52) and bundler caching (64aafad).
