According to the Travis CI caching documentation, caching is 'only available for private repositories on travis-ci.com and our new container-based infrastructure'.

Since sudo cannot be disabled at present (#33), builds will be run on the old infrastructure. Therefore caching is not available and this change won't make any difference.

I've committed changes to enable the container-based infrastructure (7730d52) and bundler caching (64aafad).
