Installation throws an error as libs/resources.py doesn't exist.

  • **OS: Ubuntu
  • **PyQt version: 5

Please perform the following step
pyrcc5 -o libs/resources.py resources.qrc

if you follow the readme, it does say to write
pyrcc5 -o libs/resources.py resources.qrc

but that gives
File does not exist 'resources.qrc'
