Olá! 👋🏼

I'm Ubiratan, also known as "Bira" or "Ubi", and I'm a Software Engineer.

I was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and nowadays I live in Barcelona, Spain. I currently work for the Rust Foundation, proudly collaborating with open-source maintainers and helping the Rust project and its ecosystem to improve everyday.

My main interests : systems programming, distributed systems, supply-chain and security tooling, CI/CD automation, release engineering, build systems and DevEx, performance engineering, observability systems, AI-powered tools and workflows, and much more.
