Create a site with a wildcard hostname. Specify --tls. When accessing the host over http, the redirect uses '*' as the hostname, instead of the same hostname as the incoming virtual host.

This apparently need mod_rewrite as it seems impossible to get the virtual hostname in a Redirect or RedirectMatch directive.
